HDA 120 is an automated rubber hardness and density tester that can test the hardness & density of test panels made of elastomers and other rubber products.

Working:
1) Our system begins by determining the weight of the sample, which is then transported to a separate station.
2) Next, a cylinder submerges the sample completely in distilled water, allowing for precise density determinations.
3) To ensure accuracy, our system checks and corrects the water level at each measurement, takes into account the current water temperature and eliminates any potential air bubbles.
4) Multiple density measurements are taken while the sample is immersed, providing unparalleled accuracy. Our system can take up to 99 measurements for maximum precision.
5) Once the final density is determined, our separate gripping system picks up and ejects the sample with a forced ejector, eliminating any potential carryover of water.
6) Results are easily transferred via ethernet interface, allowing for further analysis and seamless integration into your laboratory processes.
