Automatic Hardness Tester IRHD Compact III
Innovative testing device for assured quality for rubber, plastic and all elastic materials.This cost-effective modular semi-automatic hardness tester can easily test samples like O rings, seals, and tube-shaped elastomers. By means of interchangeable measuring devices for methods IRHD M and IRHD N, soft elastomers with a thickness of up to 0.6mm are easily tested with highly reliable results. The contact pressure and measuring time of this hardness tester are according to international standards. Hardness Tester IRHD Compact III has the capacity to store up to 300 test results and comes with interchangeable probes according to the requirements of the operator. The optional “BareissOne” windows-based software offers data logging, management of articles, display of graphics and hardness curves, statistical evaluation, and further analysis of the measured values.

Application

The IRHD Compact III is used for hardness determination of hoses, O-rings, moulded parts, standard plates and seals with a minimum material thickness of 0.6 mm in the IRHD M application.

In the IRHD N application area, the IRHD Compact III determines the hardness of soft rubber, highly elastic materials and plastically shapable materials with a minimum material thickness of 6.0 mm.
