HDA 120 – Rubber Hardness and Density Tester | Hardness Tester

Product Information:

HDA 120 Rubber Hardness & Density Tester | Rubber Hardness Testing Instrument l Hardness Tester l Rubber Density Tester l Rubber Hardness Testing Machine
Our state-of-the-art HDA 120 is an automated rubber hardness and density tester that can test the hardness & density of test panels made of elastomers and other rubber products. Our rubber hardness and density tester, the HDA 120 combined hardness-density testing machine with PLC and touchscreen, is a revolutionary testing system. This rubber hardness and density tester determines the hardness and density of flat test specimens made of rubber-elastic, non-foamed plastics, elastomers, and other rubber products. The rubber hardness and density testing machine HDA 120 independently determines the hardness and density of test panels in just one operation.

This rubber hardness and density testing system with PLC combines our digital hardness measuring device, the Digi test II, with a density scale and is operated via touchscreen.

Features:

1) User-Friendly Interface: Our automatic rubber hardness and density tester can be easily integrated into your existing laboratory testing systems and processes with a simple and intuitive interface for seamless data transfer and analysis.

2) Superior Mechanism: The built-in rotating table provides exceptional stability during measurements in this rubber hardness and density tester. At the same time, our pneumatic gripping system ensures easy transport of samples to the transfer point without adherence.

3) Special Features: In this rubber hardness and density testing machine, the rotating table can accommodate up to 20 samples; our rubber hardness and density tester is designed for maximum efficiency and productivity.

Working:

1) In this rubber hardness and density testing machine, the system begins by determining the weight of the sample, which is then transported to a separate station.

2) The next step is cylinder submerges the sample entirely in distilled water, allowing for precise density determinations.

3) This rubber hardness and density tester checks and corrects the water level at each measurement to ensure accuracy, considers the current water temperature, and eliminates any potential air bubbles.

4) Multiple density measurements are taken while the sample is immersed, providing unparalleled accuracy. This rubber hardness and density testing machine can take up to 99 measurements for maximum precision.

5) Once the final density is determined, our separate gripping system picks up and ejects the sample with a forced ejector, eliminating potential water carryover.

6) With this state-of-the-art rubber hardness and density testing machine, the results are easily transferred via the ethernet interface, allowing further analysis and seamless integration into your laboratory processes.
